Perched atop a hill on the back side of Mount Helix, this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home was the canvas for a series of large steel planter boxes intended to extend the front landscape and mirror the mountain vista visible from the rear of this home. Made from 1/4” steel and making use of angular geometries to create plantable areas in the mainly concrete surfaced front of the home, these sculptural pieces serve as anchors for an array of specimen cactus and succulents.
